What is Mimosa Flower Wax?
Mimosa is a tree native to Australia, introduced to Europe during the 20th century. It is well-known for its highly fragrant yellow flowers. Acacia decurrens is one of the many types of mimosa. Both the essence and wax are extracted from its flowers; the wax can be used to vary the viscosity of formulas and for its moisturizing properties.
