YOUR MAIN CHALLENGE:

Expand UMOA’s audience by demonstrating strategic leadership.
Think and act across the entire consumer funnel — from awareness to conversion, engagement, and retention — unifying Product Management, Marketing, Community, and Customer Service in a holistic strategy.
Deliver results with a consumer-first mindset and a strong analytical drive to evaluate and achieve KPIs.
Show curiosity to experiment and evolve: refine acquisition channels, identify new market segments, and optimize consumer conversion and engagement touchpoints.
Become an integral part of our leadership team, ensuring UMOA’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and execute a successful user acquisition strategy — initially focused on Spain — across a variety of online media channels within a data-driven decision-making framework.
Play a key role in driving growth and building an in-house team focused on providing maximum value to our community members.
Work cross-functionally with the Content and Marketing teams to help develop and execute integrated campaigns.
Create online marketing attribution models; own the strategy and execution around online media measurement.
Use your expertise to automate processes where possible and provide creative solutions to deeper analytical questions.

PROFILE:

A genuine desire to be part of something that goes beyond business success and truly contributes to changing people’s lives.
You understand the complexities of building and scaling a new project from scratch and act with an entrepreneurial mindset.
You’re a problem-solver with a proven track record in building growth strategies — possibly through experience in international e-commerce, consulting, or start-ups.
You have a highly analytical and inquisitive nature, with strong structured-thinking and prioritization skills.
You use data to understand how to improve user experience, grow, engage, and retain our community.
Your solid understanding of Gen Z behavior or experience in Gen Z marketing will help drive growth.
Interest in and passion for cosmetics.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

5+ years of experience in e-commerce.
Creative thinker: you enjoy exploring data for hours, finding new paths and opportunities. You love building metrics and frameworks for faster and more efficient decision-making.
Experience working with attribution models and growth marketing analytics.
Ability to measure and communicate the impact of different media attribution methodologies on marketing KPIs.
Hands-on profile, not overly dependent on agencies or external providers (except for tech development).

100% remote position.

DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST

YOUR MAIN CHALLENGE:

As part of the team, your main mission will be to design, develop, and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance UMOA’s online presence, engage our target audience, and foster brand growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conceptualize and oversee UMOA’s overall marketing strategy.

Create original and visually engaging marketing materials — both independently and in collaboration with external partners.

Ensure that the website content is up to date, appealing, and aligned with brand guidelines. Apply SEO best practices to improve visibility and search rankings.

Lead the development and execution of email marketing strategies. Create content and manage delivery based on database segmentation.

Develop and implement social media strategies for both organic and paid campaigns. Create content that attracts and grows our social media audience.

Create, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.

Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to understand key variables affecting online performance and set actionable plans to achieve goals.

Ensure that ad content (both visual and written) aligns with UMOA’s message at every stage of the funnel and is persuasive in achieving its objectives.

Identify emerging opportunities and trends in marketing and digital advertising to propose innovative initiatives that maximize ROI.

PROFILE:

Ideally, you have a background in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience demonstrating suitability for the role.

This position requires a creative and analytical thinker with hands-on experience using modern marketing tools, strong technical skills, an entrepreneurial spirit, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset, results orientation, and strategic planning ability.

Ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a flexible, dynamic environment.

Proven ability to create digital content. Ability to perform light graphic design using Photoshop and video editing using Final Cut or similar programs.

Comfortable working with digital tools and eager to learn new software and automation tools.

100% remote position.

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.

SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

YOUR MAIN CHALLENGE:

Bring UMOA’s universe to life on social media, translating the essence of “Care to Care” into organic content that’s visually inspiring and emotionally meaningful. You’ll be responsible for building community, amplifying brand storytelling, and creating content that connects authentically and purposefully.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design, plan, and execute the content calendar across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.), aligned with the communication strategy and active campaigns.
  • Independently create visual and audiovisual materials (reels, stories, photos, videos, motion graphics) using tools such as Photoshop, Premiere, Final Cut, or creative AI (Midjourney, Runway, etc.).
  • Appear naturally on camera, creating authentic, educational, or lifestyle content that reinforces UMOA’s warm and human tone.
  • Monitor trends, analyze performance, and adapt formats to maximize engagement and community growth.
  • Collaborate with the Communication and Marketing teams to coordinate launches, paid campaigns, and PR initiatives.

PROFILE:

  • Extremely creative and visually minded, capable of turning ideas into brand-consistent visual stories.
  • Comfortable in front of the camera and skilled at communicating authentically.
  • Experience managing social media accounts (brand or personal) with tangible results (growth, engagement, community).
  • Proficient in content creation tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, CapCut, Premiere, etc.) and curious about exploring new AI tools.
  • Passionate about cosmetics, communication, and social purpose.

100% remote position. Based in Spain preferred, with availability to attend occasional shoots or events.
