Here are some general questions and answers for your reference. If you have more specific doubts about the products, please enter the profile of each one, where you will find a specific section for questions and answers.

If your concern is having sensitive skin, UMOA products have been formulated with natural ingredients that are gentle on the skin and have been tested under dermatological supervision on sensitive skin. In addition, most of our cosmetics include active ingredients in their formula with anti-inflammatory and soothing properties, which help relieve itching and redness, making them very suitable for sensitive skin.

However, we recommend checking the product sheet for each product to learn more about the properties and ingredients they contain.

Of course! Virtually all UMOA products can be used during breastfeeding and pregnancy. We love taking care of you during this special stage. The only exception we advise against using during pregnancy due to its coffee extract content is Velvet Hibiscus Eye Serum.

We have a star product to nourish and maintain skin elasticity during pregnancy: The Bright Oil 14. This 100% natural body oil contains different ingredients that stimulate cellular regeneration and collagen synthesis, such as rosehip oil, marula oil, jojoba oil, pomegranate oil, sesame oil, sacha inchi oil, and olive oil. Thanks to its combination, it helps prevent and reduce the appearance of stretch marks. Always consult your doctor if you have any doubts.

At UMOA, we do not yet have a specific line for children; children over 3 years old can use our cosmetic products, although their skin is very delicate, we always recommend seeking the advice of your dermatologist on what might be the most suitable product.

UMOA formulas are composed of nearly 99% natural ingredients that help protect, nourish, and hydrate the skin naturally. These ingredients are not only effective but also well assimilated by our bodies.

As your safety is our top priority, we conduct tolerance tests on our products, ensuring acceptance on sensitive skin, as well as clinical and instrumental efficacy evaluations.

We do not use artificial fragrances, but instead use natural fragrances based on essential oils.

Although the level of these essential oils is suitable to ensure suitability for even the most sensitive skin, we understand that some consumers may prefer to avoid fragrances altogether. Our only fragrance-free product is the Velvet Hibiscus Eye Serum.

UMOA is cruelty-free as it does not use any raw materials tested on animals or conduct animal testing. In addition, 100% of our ingredients are vegan and sourced from agriculture focused on sustainability and the use of environmentally friendly materials.

It is worth mentioning that since 2013, animal testing has been banned, so all cosmetic products manufactured or sold in the EU must comply with this requirement.

Our cosmetic products are formulated, manufactured, and packaged in Spain. The ingredients we use in UMOA come from various sources.

We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry, and dark place. We advise that the storage temperature does not exceed 30 degrees Celsius.

Once opened, the expiration date of a UMOA product varies between 6 and 9 months.

You can find this information on the PAO indicated on the packaging of your cosmetic product. The PAO is an icon in the shape of an open jar with a number of months that corresponds to the expiration date of the product once the packaging is opened.

Even if you don't open the cosmetic product, it should be used before the expiration date, which is generally found underneath the packaging.

To find out where your order is, the fastest way is to open the confirmation email we sent you. You can search for it in your emails, it is sent by "umoacosmetics" and has a subject line like "Order Confirmation #xxx" where "xxx" will be the specific number of your order.

From this email, you have a direct access (button "view your order") to access the tracking panel directly. Alternatively, if you can't find the email and you had previously registered at the time of placing your order, you can access your account here, and look for your order history.

If you haven't been able to access your order to track it using the previous guidelines, please contact us via email at hola@umoacosmetics.com, specifying the name, last name, and email you used for the purchase, as well as the date you placed the order. This way, you will help us find your order number and we will be able to answer your questions.

In the order you will receive, we do not include an invoice, receipt or any other detail with the prices of the products.

We are sorry but it is not possible to return or request a refund for a product once it has been opened and/or used.

We regret that you are not satisfied. If you would like, please write to us at hola@umoacosmetics.com to explain why you did not feel good about this product.

When you place an order, we start preparing it.

Preparing the order means making sure that the products you have purchased are available to start preparing your order.

When the preparation process begins, that's when we charge your card.

The preparation order for all orders placed during the day by all our customers is made around 2:00 PM on the same day.

If you have placed your order after 2:00 PM, its preparation will probably start the next day around 2:00 PM, and that's when the charge will be made.

We accept bank transfer, just get in contact with us via mail.

To redeem a promotional coupon, when you access your shopping cart, click on the button to finalize the order. This will take you to the payment screen where you will see a box to paste the coupon. After pasting or typing it, click on the button to redeem it. If the coupon is recognized as valid, a confirmation message will appear.

Please note that coupons are generally not cumulative and the last coupon you activate will replace the previous one.

How long does the welcome coupon for signing up for the newsletter last?

No, we're sorry, coupons generally cannot be combined.

It's very easy. Go to the HOME of UMOA and in the bottom block before the footer (with a green background 😉), you will find the registration section to receive the UMOA newsletter. Enter your email, accept the privacy policy, press the "subscribe" button, and voilà, done!

It's also simple. When you receive a newsletter, don't delete it right away: all you have to do to stop receiving such emails is to open it and at the bottom, look for the "Unsubscribe" link, click on it, and you will be unsubscribed.
